Fees.—The fee of fifty thousand rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of five hundred rupees payable on any other application under these bye-laws shall be paid to the Drugs Controller by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form 41; and the Drugs Controller shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within thirty days of its receipt.
