Maintenance of premises.—Every importer of drugs shall keep the premises where the import of drugs is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every stock register kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the import of drugs, and shall furnish to the Drugs Controller in Form 41, within ninety days of the commencement of these bye-laws, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
