Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Gujarat Town Planning and Urban Development Act, 1976 (Gujarat Act 27 of 1976); (b) "owner of a lodging house" means a person carrying on the keeping of a lodging house; (c) "building" means a building received, held or disposed of by a owner of a lodging house in the course of the keeping of a lodging house; (d) "Form B" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
