Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the user of water for industry shall apply to the Tribunal in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
