Surrender of certificate.—Every user of water for industry who ceases to carry on the use of water for industry shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every register of users held by him has been disposed of.
