Surrender of certificate.—Every employer of building workers who ceases to carry on the employment of building workers shall, within ten days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Labour Court in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form II of the manner in which every standing order held by him has been disposed of.
