Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any owner of a brick kiln in a village dies, his legal representative shall, within fourteen days of the death, intimate the death to the District Collector in Form 3, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every ferry then held; and the District Collector shall enter the intimation in the register within seven days of its receipt.
