Application for registration.—Every owner of a brick kiln in a village carrying on the working of a brick kiln in a village shall make an application for registration to the District Collector in Form 8, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every register of buildings held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
