Conditions of registration.—Every overseas citizen of India shall carry on the holding of an overseas citizen of India card only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every residential permit in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such residential permit for inspection on request by the District Magistrate, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
