Application for registration.—Every platform aggregator carrying on the engagement of gig workers shall make an application for registration to the Industrial Tribunal in Form VI, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every register held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
