Surrender of certificate.—Every platform aggregator who ceases to carry on the engagement of gig workers shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Industrial Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IV of the manner in which every wage slip held by him has been disposed of.
