Surrender of certificate.—Every civil defence volunteer who ceases to carry on service as a civil defence volunteer shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the National Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every warning held by him has been disposed of.
