Application for registration.—Every anganwadi centre carrying on the running of an anganwadi centre shall make an application for registration to the District Child Protection Unit in Form V, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every register held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
