Intimation of change.—Every owner of an easement shall intimate to the Rehabilitation Authority, in Form 1 and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Rehabilitation Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty rupees.
