Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the owner of an easement shall apply to the Rehabilitation Authority in Form 5 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees, and the Rehabilitation Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
