Application for registration.—Every marriage bureau carrying on the arranging of marriages shall make an application for registration to the District Registrar in Form I, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every register of births held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
