Bye-law 19, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Inspection of The business of a limited liability partnership) Bye-laws, 2021 [SD5-CG1]
As at 7 September 2026. In force from 23 December 2021.
Display of certificate.—Every limited liability partnership shall display the certificate of registration at a conspicuous place at the premises where the business of a limited liability partnership is carried on, shall exhibit at the entrance of the premises a board showing his name and the number and date of the certificate, and shall produce the certificate on request by the Official Liquidator together with the record of every statement of affairs maintained under these bye-laws.
