Fees.—The fee of two hundred rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of five thousand rupees payable on any other application under these bye-laws shall be paid to the Registrar of Companies by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form MGT-7; and the Registrar of Companies shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within one hundred and eighty days of its receipt.
