Intimation of change.—Every limited liability partnership shall intimate to the Registrar of Companies, in Form PAS-3 and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Registrar of Companies shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
