Bye-law 7, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Inspection of The business of a limited liability partnership) Bye-laws, 2021 [SD5-C4C]

Maintenance of premises.—Every limited liability partnership shall keep the premises where the business of a limited liability partnership is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every books of account kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the business of a limited liability partnership, and shall furnish to the Registrar of Companies in Form DIR-12, within thirty days of the commencement of these bye-laws, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
