Bye-law 3, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Inspection of The business of a limited liability partnership) Bye-laws, 2021 [SD5-C04]

Refusal of registration.—Where the Registrar of Companies is not satisfied that an application made in Form INC-1 is complete or that the fee of twenty-five thousand rupees has been paid, it shall record its reasons in writing, shall communicate the order of refusal to the applicant in Form AOC-4 within one hundred and twenty days of the order together with a statement of the grounds on which it is made, and shall return with the order every document furnished with the application; and the applicant may make a fresh application at any time after sixty days from the communication.
