Surrender of certificate.—Every keeper of a public register who ceases to carry on the maintenance of a public register shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Grievance Redressal Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every appeal held by him has been disposed of.
