Intimation of change.—Every keeper of a public register shall intimate to the Grievance Redressal Authority, in Form D and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Grievance Redressal Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
