Surrender of certificate.—Every holder of a photography permit who ceases to carry on photography at a protected monument shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director General in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form II of the manner in which every conservation plan held by him has been disposed of.
