Safe custody.—Every holder of a photography permit shall keep every certificate of registration to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where photography at a protected monument is carried on, shall record in Form I the description of every certificate of registration so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Director General within seven days of the close of each year.
