Application for registration.—Every holder of a photography permit carrying on photography at a protected monument shall make an application for registration to the Director General in Form I, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every licence held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
