Application for registration.—Every registered priest carrying on the performance of marriage ceremonies shall make an application for registration to the Maintenance Tribunal in Form VIII, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every notice of intended marriage held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
