Application for registration.—Every travel agent carrying on the arranging of travel abroad shall make an application for registration to the Immigration Officer in Form C, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every permit held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
