Surrender of certificate.—Every travel agent who ceases to carry on the arranging of travel abroad shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Immigration Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every passport held by him has been disposed of.
