Application for registration.—Every keeper of a dharamshala carrying on the keeping of a dharamshala shall make an application for registration to the Endowments Tribunal in Form D, within three hundred and sixty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every donation receipt held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and twenty days from that date.
