Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any cyber cafe operator dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Certifying Authority in Form H, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every personal data then held; and the Certifying Authority shall enter the intimation in the register within three days of its receipt.
