Intimation of change.—Every coaching centre shall intimate to the Government of Gujarat, in Form E and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Gujarat shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
