Authorised agent.—Any insurance marketing firm may authorise, in writing, an agent to make applications, furnish returns and receive notices on his behalf under these bye-laws, shall intimate to the Securities Appellate Tribunal in Form IRDA-8 the name and address of the agent within twenty-one days of the authorisation, and shall intimate the revocation of the authorisation within thirty days of the revocation.
