Bye-law 14, Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (Inspection of The marketing of insurance products) Bye-laws, 2021 [SD4-R6T]
As at 7 September 2026. In force from 1 August 2021.
Authorised agent.—Any insurance marketing firm may authorise, in writing, an agent to make applications, furnish returns and receive notices on his behalf under these bye-laws, shall intimate to the Securities Appellate Tribunal in Form IRDA-8 the name and address of the agent within twenty-one days of the authorisation, and shall intimate the revocation of the authorisation within thirty days of the revocation.
