Bye-law 12, Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (Inspection of The marketing of insurance products) Bye-laws, 2021 [SD4-R4Y]
As at 7 September 2026. In force from 1 August 2021.
Appeal.—An appeal against an order made under these bye-laws shall be preferred by the insurance marketing firm aggrieved by it in Form IRDA-6 within fifteen days of the communication of the order, and shall be accompanied by a certified copy of the order appealed against, a statement of the grounds of appeal and a fee of five thousand rupees; and an appeal preferred after that period shall be accompanied by a statement of the reasons for the delay.
