Surrender of certificate.—Every insurance marketing firm who ceases to carry on the marketing of insurance products shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Securities Appellate Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IRDA-3 of the manner in which every claim held by him has been disposed of.
