Application for registration.—Every insurance marketing firm carrying on the marketing of insurance products shall make an application for registration to the Securities Appellate Tribunal in Form IRDA-1, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these bye-laws, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees and a statement of every endorsement held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
