Application for registration.—Every operator of a vehicle carrying hazardous substances carrying on the transport of hazardous substances shall make an application for registration to the Chief Wild Life Warden in Form IV, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every wild animal article held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
