Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a vehicle carrying hazardous substances shall apply to the Chief Wild Life Warden in Form VI for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees, and the Chief Wild Life Warden shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
