Surrender of certificate.—Every sports academy who ceases to carry on the running of a sports academy shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Sports Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every certificate of recognition held by him has been disposed of.
