Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any manager of a school library dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Director of Education in Form H, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every school building then held; and the Director of Education shall enter the intimation in the register within thirty days of its receipt.
