Intimation of change.—Every manager of a school library shall intimate to the Director of Education, in Form F and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Director of Education shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.
