Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of a dock who ceases to carry on the employment of dock workers shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Chief Inspector in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form V of the manner in which every register held by him has been disposed of.
