Surrender of certificate.—Every curator of a museum who ceases to carry on the management of a museum shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form III of the manner in which every entry ticket held by him has been disposed of.
