Application for registration.—Every salvor carrying on the salvage of vessels shall make an application for registration to the Inland Waterways Authority in Form 1, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every survey certificate held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
