Intimation of change.—Every fair price shop dealer shall intimate to the Commissioner of Food Safety, in Form H and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Commissioner of Food Safety shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
