Application for registration.—Every licensee of a patent carrying on the working of a patent under licence shall make an application for registration to the Registrar of Geographical Indications in Form 3, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty thousand rupees and a statement of every licence held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
