Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any authorised entity dies, his legal representative shall, within twenty-one days of the death, intimate the death to the Wireless Planning and Coordination Wing in Form G, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every subscriber record then held; and the Wireless Planning and Coordination Wing shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
