Intimation of change.—Every authorised entity shall intimate to the Wireless Planning and Coordination Wing, in Form F and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Wireless Planning and Coordination Wing shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five lakh rupees.
