Safe custody.—Every importer of goods bearing a mark shall keep every certificate of registration to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the import of goods bearing a registered mark is carried on, shall record in Form 18 the description of every certificate of registration so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Registrar of Geographical Indications within forty-five days of the close of each year.
