Surrender of certificate.—Every importer of goods bearing a mark who ceases to carry on the import of goods bearing a registered mark shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of Geographical Indications in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form TM-A of the manner in which every patent held by him has been disposed of.
